Ya I've been using it since August! After the free 6 months it's then 1/2 price annually, so around $39 iirc for Prime. Also if you refer others you get a $10 credit, which you know about as that's the link you've posted. :D

If you're a college student, want free 2-day shipping and the always awesome Amazon treatment (in my experience at least!), here's my referral link:

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/student/si...46HZDLUJX2TRF4&ref_type=generic&tag=tec06d-20

Here's the link if you just wanna check it out:

EDIT: I forgot to mention it's 1/2 price annually as-long-as you're a student currently enrolled in a recognized college or university. It's been such a nice feature that even at full-price it would save me A LOT of money!

Yep, been using this service for about 4 years now. It was worth the annual payment honestly. Nice thing about it also, is if you want to upgrade to overnight shipping on smaller items its only $3.99 for one day shipping!!!

You might have to contact Amazon customer support on that one.

I think that once you activate the first 6 month free service you cannot get it again.......Of course don't quote me on that.

Seems like I pay $24.99 per year so that I believe is half off. Can't remember perfectly but I know I don't pay the full price.
