I had another thread, but I was trying to sell it and since I cant change the title, I had to start a new one. Sorry mods if this is against the rules.
Gefroce 4 TI4200 AGP 8x. It had capacitors burned out and replaced, followed by a heater being put on it, all the while using passive cooling. It works for 30 minutes and then it artifacts like crazy, I think it needs a better cooler, but I could be wrong.

Might be nice to take the heat sink off and watch the GPU melt, since I have no AGP port, I cant even do that.

Sorry to sound so power-mod, I was just letting you know what to do next time 
. Otherwise, I'll see what I can do about people who want a TI4200. Half dead from heat, just needs a good aftermarket cooler, and it's free. Not bad marketing
