As the title says, just wondering what's the best internet monitoring program to use on a Windows XP machine. One that logs download usage and upload usage and free would be great.

I did use one along time ago but i cant remember what it was, and my guess better ones have been made ever since.

    spectorsoft any good?

Found a good one that seems to have everything i want, from this website here >http://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-download-upload-meter.htm

    Netmeter

Free and simple. Shows weekly and monthly reports and best of all, it is free.

Melvis, you know everytime this question or one like is asked... I always have to say Bitmeter is my favorite and now it is Bitmeter II.

And, now, he makes Bitmeter OS.

They are free to use and Open Source.
    They should fill your requirements.

    qubit and Melvis say thanks.

NetMeter is excellent and I use it all the time, but these sound interesting and I'll give them a go. :)

    NetMeter's homepage is: http://www.metal-machine.de/readerror/
