Pullman to Vancouver is about 6 hour drive. Give or take a half an hour depending on how traffic is in Portland. Its a long drive, but it usually goes pretty fast once you get through tri cities and down to oregon.

Celerons too use the same socket but if it's not a 945 based board, it won't boot. I'm going to post a CPU-Z screenie of my Toughbook CF-73 that has the same CPU and do some more research for you.
