    Nothing wrong with the ram even performs fine at 2133.
    Restocking is 15 percent plus postage.
    That's how it works and I don't think it is right to return if it is fine.
    This is TPU and sometimes we don't settle for stock performance :)

    Ok i see... well i never buy on line , i always go to my computer store near where i live so exchange without extras is no problem :p:D

    The other good thing is i get my parts as soon as i paid them no waiting for the mail box...
    I hate the paid now & get it later if not much later...

    Yeah not having to pay almost 9% sales tax is one reason I buy online despite many stores in the area. When you are spending hundreds it adds up.
