I was just wondering if anyone has ever bought a game and got to a part that they knew was to be the end and did not want to finish it because the game was so good

this happens to me alot when I'm playing really good games:shadedshu

Assassins Creed, GTA4... Anything that got a repetitive feel to it.. Or, it might be the "sandbox" style games have now just bore me..

all the games i actually like i play through straight one time and never play them again.

idk why but thats just the way i am.

if i hate the game, like far cry 2, i stop pretty quick and chuck it out the window. haha!

The last games I played that I didn't want to finish, because the game was so 1337 . . . aside from the STALKER series (especially Shadow of Chernobyl) . . .

damn, I've got to go back to Black & White, Black & White 2, and Dungeon Keeper 2 . . . although, they all had their sandbox modes, which really helped . . .

God of War. Both titles. I was like DUDE EPIC, but also :( when I beat them. And the first Splinter Cell. Particulary because the end part was too easy.

Knights of the old republic and the Halo series are the ones that I didn't want to end. I could play them indefinitely and never get bored,

Have never not finished a game cause i didn't want it to end.

But one game that i didn't want to end was Grand Theft Auto: Sanandreas, i really felt it was the best in the series, i loved the characters and plot twists.

Then of course there are the games that i didn't finished because i couldn't get into them. As mentioned, Assassins Creed i couldn't finished, was much to bland and repetitive. Prototype also i couldn't finish, the story was very dry and generic imo, and it was like i was doing the same crap all the time.

I just started playing through it again, after two years. I was like  its been that long when I looked at the last savegame. The story is really cool even when you play through it tfor the fifth time. And you can do whatever the fuck you want, it doesn't really end:laugh:

I'd have to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was definitely one of those games for me. Game was really great and still one of my favorites, go back n play it usually once a year or so.

I also enjoyed Fable a lot n wished it'd been like 3x longer.

I have a feeling there are lots that didnt read through the OP...

This isnt a thread about games that sucked so you didnt finish them

This is a thread that a game was so good, you did----not----want---it--to-end.

    Read Carefully!!
