i know i just need sit and wait for this be implemented.. but i now really need to get that bios dump from Windows itself. This because i suspect that nvidia driver patches "on the fly" rom for internal LCD detection.
I think this because with official driver version < 260 the OS seems to can't detect at all the card. The i2c address is "15", wich means "disabled" and i don't know how to get it. From driver >= 260 all runs just fine, but for other project it can be a mess. I have a dump of bios taken outside windows and without any "patch", i'll post here hoping it can be useful.

ps: actual vbios version is 70.16.45.00.05 for both screen and uploaded rom.
