i bought orange box off a dude. he gave me his account info for steam but id like to transfer them to my steam account. possible? (please say yes)

I dont know much about steam, but i would say its not possible? as games are locked to the account they are activated on

It is possible but you must contact valve with an attached photo of the serial key / installation CD's. They will then transfer the games.

u need the actual discs and keys like stated. Ask him to take a pic if he didnt send them. and i would change the password/email on that account to b safe if u havent yet

i have the cds and the box and cd keys. i'm right now making an email for Valve support so they can either transfer the games to my account or reset the keys so that i can re-register them under my name.

Yeah they are fairly good. Last time I had asked them, they had transferred the game within 3 days :) (I had the photo of the serial key attached with the first email I sent them)
