The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is one heck of a cooler if you're on a budget, I have it on an i7 2600K and at 4Ghz on 1.25V my temps range from 38C in idle to 69C in load (Intel Burn Test V2). These temps are with the stock CM thermal grease (which is average) in a miniITX BitFenix Prodigy case.
