Good 1.5+ HDD

    I need to expand again (too many tv shows^_^)

    I have been looking at a Samsung Spinpoint F4EG 1.5TB at Newegg for 59.99 Free Shipping.
    Any thoughts?

    3TB Hitachi for $109 with free shipping. It is only a 5400 RPM drive, but in RAID two of them are hitting 240MBps read.

    if you don't want to go with the hitachi's the samsungs are all very good drives

    Yeah, I now have 9TB of storage. 2 120GB SSD's in RAID, 2 3TB in RAID, 1 2TB, and a dying 750GB Seagate Barracuda that I have to warranty once I verify I have all my junk off it. It has already failed seatools tests.

    Here is what I have capacity wise:

    2 1.5TB (Full)
    2 500GB (1 Full, 1 programs drive)
    1 120 SSD (OS Drive with Origin)
    2 1 TB (Full, 120GB free)

    Equals Approx: 6.12TB
