I need a decent video capture card to record a standard def video and audio signal off an old tape-based VCR (it's someone's wedding here in England and the video quality is good). The VCR has an analog SCART socket which can output video in composite or RGB formats (RGB is much better, of course).

Can you recommend a decent internal or external video capture card that will do a good a job?

BlackGold and Compro make a bunch of TV tuner/video capture cards. Their markets also happen to be the UK. Don't think any of the do SCART though.
