I know a thing or two about networking but no experience when it comes to consoles. A buddy is looking for a good, decently-priced router to hook up his Wii and 360. Recommendations?

I've had no problems with either of these although the one with the wireless option i have not used that part of it.

BEFSR41 ( This one i have had for years ( about 4 y ) and has also been a solid router although the bios got messed up on it which has been fixed now but was another reason to get a new one :p ).

WRT54GL ( had mine about 2 month and has been solid for the comps and PS3 )
