    Hi All,
I need an Nvidia (CUDA) GPU to go with an i7-4770k. When I say 4k video editing, I do not mean I am making some sort of Michael Bay film with tons of After Effects, Cinema 4d, etc. I make films, but not insane action films. I edit 4k video files from a Panasonic GH4. The most intensive things I do are previewing and rendering heavily color graded footage and slowed down twixtor footage.

I pitched the GIGABYTE GTX 770 4GB at the person funding half of my build and he did not believe this card was a good value. Can you guys recommend some good value GPU's that will satisfy my needs? Please don't recommend anything more expensive than the GIGABYTE GTX 770 4 GB.

hahahahahah Adobe Premiero Pro CC. Mercury Playback Engine just added OpenCl support, thus CUDA is faster.

Have you ever actually used a GPU for video editting?
