Surely I do. I sold my E7200 for an E1200, sold that because I hated it for an E6300, sold THAT because it wouldn't overclock on my board and got an E2180. Now I have sold it because I got the E5200. I love getting brand new tech, LOVE it.

Actually, it wasn't the best clocker. Only 3.8GHZ on 1.4V, 4GHZ took 1.45 and it was too toasty.
    MyOwnKryptonite says thanks.

Now..how much money did you loose exchanging hardware?

That is why we all don't do it.

I can't wait to see the results of the E5200, Intel may be launching a brand new processor core this month, but they still have the time release new "old" processors.

7200 beats the 5200 by quite a bit, although both are budget...

Actually not much cash was lost in between. I made money on the 6300, maybe 30 bucks total lost. Well, if it ships from California, then I will probably get it Monday. I too am anxious to see the clocking capability of the E5200. I will certainly beat the crap out of it.

but it's new tech and I LOVE getting new tech. I was one of the first 5 reviewers of the X2 3600 Brisbane on the internet. On top of that, it was a beastly overclocker. I got 3.05GHZ out of it and Linkin got 3.15GHZ out of it, which was unheard of for an X2 in those days.

If only I could translate the picture in my head into an image to post here, would be funny.

You should start a club. It is pretty common on this forum for that to happen.

Hmm, I interested in the e5200 myself. If it can hit 4.0 ghz on air it will be very tempting. Too bad I already have to so many projects and so little money :(
