gpu-z and GTX 570

gpu-z doesn't seem to be reading the correct voltage on my EVGA GTX 570. It seems to know the 2D voltage when active, but as it transitions to 3D it hovers around the stock volts while afterburner and aida64 both show the correct voltage. Is this a known issue or am I the issue?

edit - also, that should really be just 850MHz on the core, not 850.5. If it is reading the shaders at 1700MHz, the core must be 850.0 even - gf110 is locked at core being exactly half the shaders.
