GPU-Z doesn't show all sensors after error

Hi folks,

I tried to save my GPU BIOS today and I stucked at this error:

After this, GPU-Z doesn't show the BIOS information, like this:

And my sensors' information, like this:

How can fix this? I've tried reinstall many times, run whithout installing, and nothing worked.

Help me, please!

You seem to be using a laptop. What brand & exact model is it, please?
What OS - Windows 8.0 or 8.1? Core, Pro, or Enterprise?
