Hi, today I updated my GPU drivers (for both Intel HD and AMD GPU) and I tried to check what are new drivers versions in GPU-Z.

So I'm launching GPU-Z, splash screen is taking way too long to go away, but finally I see GPU specifications. Few seconds after GPU-Z freezed...

    System: Windows 7 x64
Hardware: Lenovo G500H (with Intel HD4000 and AMD 8750 GPU)
GPU-Z version: from this topic http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/showthread.php?t=193641 because stable release dows not launch on my notebook

Here's foto - left screen is before driver update, right is frozen app after update...

Thanks for your report. My guess is that the AMD GPU is sleeping somehow, while the Intel GPU is active as primary display. Could you start some kind of 3D application, so that the AMD GPU wakes up, and then launch GPU-Z while the 3D app is still open?

    Does everything work now?
