Hmmm, Flip a Coin 7 times. Heads EVGA, Tails Gainward. Then never mention another word about it!

I didn't want to go here but, EVGA, from what I have gathered, makes good stuff.

4GB is more than 2GB, better?

    The Gainward looks odd.

    OK?

Sure, EDIT your post to make ME look stupid!! LOL
I was wondering why you posted a picture of a 2GB box and then said the EVGA was 4GB.

All things the same, pick one! EVGA would be my choice. I don't KNOW Gainward, like I do EVGA.

    Done.

I'd go with the EVGA unless you have a monitor greater than 1080p.

I went with a PNY 770 2GB XLR8 Overclock model (yellow and black colors). I don't know much because I haven't received it yet but it was $329.99 on Amazon with limited lifetime warranty. Reviews indicated it could go as high as 1300 core. No bad reviews on newegg or amazon.

EVGA graphics cards are always pretty solid.

As far as 4gb vs 2gb I would say if you can afford 4gb go for it but you probably won't notice ever below 1440p. Possibly not at 1440p except with some titles. This is from my own googling to determine this a few days ago.

Gainward is PALIT for european market. Very good manufacturer. All Phantom cards are super quiet with excellent heat sinks.

I have my Gainward GTX 580 GOOD EDITION since November 2011 and till today
I am very happy with it, never had any kind of problem, that's why I will go once again for
a Gainward 770/780 series, btw the 770 here in Germany you can get it for 350€ and the 780 around 420€

I like the fact that on the phantom you can easily take out the fans and clean them but the EVGA looks better. I would go for EVGA.

You can actually get the 770 cheaper. Check this Palit one for example. for 320 But I think with your budget you should go for a 780 / 290 which are available for like 400. For example the XFX 290 DD is 380, or the MSI 290 Gaming and the Sapphire 290 Tri-X are 399.

When i bought my 7850 I wish I knew that nvidia will release shadowplay, than i would have gone with an nvidia GTX 660. That's the only reason I would choose nvidia over AMD, but with a tight budget I chose AMD.

No offence, but I hate biased people. When you don't try anything new you'll never experience something better. Just look at some reviews of both of the cards and compare them on fronts you think are important, like sound output or cooling performance or looks or whatever
I personally don't really care about cooling performance, as long as it's adequate, and I'd go for the most silent one. You might be different, so educate yourself ;)
Also, just for fun and giggles, look into an AMD alternative for the price you're willing to pay, and look up some reviews for that too. I don't say it's better per se (prices might be higher or lower than here), but at least consider your options.

It's up to you. But check out this review of the XFX 290X DD. I think for 380 euros the XFX 290 DD with the same cooler is the best card you can buy. You get GTX 780 performance for 50 euros more than a 770 and 40 euros less than an actual 780
