Graphics card - work GTX 970, 980 or 980Ti with i5 4670?

Hi,
I would like to have in your computer to buy a new graphics card. I heard that nVidia has better power and cooling and can be clocked well, so I decided for her. I choose a new and either 970, 980 or 980Ti. However, I've heard about problems with memory on the GTX 970, and if I want to play at 1440p, is apparently better to buy a GTX 980. And now the question is, if I'm going to soak into 980Ti or not. Some people I've heard that my processor 980 will hamper from some that do not. Now I'm having second thoughts, and I do not know who to believe. I'm i5 4670 (without K), so overclocking much help. The question is therefore simple - tighten my i5 GTX 980? And if so, tighten also 980Ti? Should tightened both, which would you choose you, or what would have been preferable? Thank you for answer.

I think this kind of chart helps:

Dollar-to-performance ratio of 980 and custom 980Ti is similar. So if you have money, 980Ti is pretty good GPU to buy.
I don't think 4670 will hamper your gaming performance, especially since it's not SLI.

Thanks for the reply. So I think I buy, therefore 980Ti? I rather thought that advice if they are unnecessarily oversized graphics. Or if you'd rather I now have to pay more and think ahead? And even some of those processors - think in total all 'Haswell' i5 are able to start games at the highest details without sinks? I had always considered that to play the best i5, but in other forums advised me either invested in i5 4690K (OC) or straight to a i7. i7 I no longer seemed in the beginning, but when I looked at the gaming tests on YouTube, for example in Crysis 3 was the i5 sometimes decent trouble, while i7 have compared it went without problems and without loss of FPS. I want to ask if it would be better to save up slowly and at a better processor, if I did not want to restrict.

a 980 (non Ti) will eat most games at 1440, to be a fair even a 970 is strong at most things at 1440, I would save yourself a fair bit of cash and go 980 personally.

At 1440, GTX 980 would be great. At 5760x1080, my GTX 980Ti handles any game I play without fail.

If I had to choose, the GTX 980Ti would be the choice if I had the extra money to get it over the GTX 980. If I were just playing at 1920x1080p, then I would probably just get a GTX 970 to use for a year or two and then upgrade to Pascal. At 1440, I'd suggest GTX 980.

OK, I'll therefore the 980. And those processors? I understand it well that i5 (non K) is sufficient in all games without any problem and anything better does not make sense to pay extra?

Well unless you plan on overclocking the difference will be pretty small. I would also go with the 980 of the choices as it handles 1440p 60 very well.

Well, I'll take just the GTX 980 and on it will not solve :) Thanks again for all the responses.
