Hi Everyone,
so recently i got HP Proliant DL385 G7 server which i want to use for gaming. what kind of graphics card would fit in this server?
also is there a way to use this server for gaming remotely if its on same network?(Eg,rdp, remoteFX or something like that)
also, i have sony Vaio laptop, is this laptop can be used for screen output and keyboard/mouse? or would i have to buy new screen for server if RDP doesn't work?

Thanks for looking this thread and i appreciate your input.

Remote desktop is going to have far too much latency to use for gaming. You might try steams new video game streaming option, but that's all I got...

That server has one full height slot PCI-e 2.0, 8 x 16 on a riser, you would most likely be limited to a single slot width card.

This is a really old post and you might not even see this, but did you ever get a gpu to work in the dl385?
