GTA IV EFLC Problem

Hi, my laptop is hp DV6-6c50 with
Corei7 cpu
6mb cache
4gb ram
ati 7690 2gb gpu
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bits
and i still have problems playing this game, when im playing, It freezes for a second and then goes on again.
I tried setting low quality graphics but still the same :banghead:

updated ur video card driver and updated the game?

plus mobile versions of graphic cards is usually not 110% support by games.

If you have the switching driver, make sure it is enabled for this game

I have AMD Catalyst 12.6 running.
and the game is a pirated version(I live in Iran, no Original version here

can the problem be from the game's patch or something?

Defragment your drive, since that game is huge should help.
