I was going to tell you that I seen an EVGA GX2 on newegg tonight for $425 and I thought I remembered you saying in another thread that $499 was the magic number.
And to be honest I want to see what your new benches would be with that beast.

Hey, if new drivers comes out, just drop a pm to me, cuz i'm almost out of order for few days, because thunderstorm destroyed my PSU last night and i'm sitting on Kubuntu LiveCD & 400w noname with no SATA connectors now, till i'll buy a new PSU

oh man, thats so sad to hear . losing a hardware part is like losing someone near and dear for me, i'm sure it must be the same for every other hardware enthusiast .

i can vouch for that....when my 8600 booted with artifacts in the bios i almost cried.....i still havent thrown it out maybe theirs hope. i was going to break 1ghz with her sigh

Here, here! I to that. I remember the day and post also... I was broken... I still remember when I killed my 3870... I was so ready to break down... then RM brought it back to life just to have it die later on....

its to the point where i have often considered sending my 6800U back to BFG to have it repaired, jsut to that if i ever want to use it i can. such an AGP beast ........

hi..., i'm just a newbie at driver mod. i have use this stuff and whoaa i can use the gt series driver, i like this new driver, i use 177.35. btw can u explain what is cuda?, is my 96gt have cuda capabilities, and what the benefit of cuda?
sorry i'm not expert with this language, but i can understand.

cuda is nvidias version of a software port for physx....instead of buying a physx card nvidias cuda...makes physx calculations on the GPU freeing up cpu cycles....th benefits? games seem more real destructible environments water etc....the disadvantages? games may run slower because they have more to render...and atm its up in thei air weather or not its better than an actual physx card because if the theory is if the GPU does graphics then works harder because physx makes it render more..than what happens if it does both?
