I am now having issues with my GTX 590 fragmenting heavily on certain games. Despite low temps(30-50C low/high). EVGA won't take my S/N as they say it's registered to someone else, and they want full photo's of the card front and back for proof the card is actually what I say it is. However I am thinking the original point of sale should be held responsible for passing a used product off as new... EVGA says the card's S/N is registered to another person and was purchased from EVGA.com's store. Not sure what to do, but I want to take it the place I got it from and make them fix it, as I think it's more likely they re-sold a used product as new. TLDR; Issues -- 2D Surround reboots the computer, GPU Driver stops responding repeatedly, and Fragments during some games. S/N already registered with EVGA by someone else? make original seller pay/replace?
