Quite the clocks, could it be overclocked?

Anyway this GPU is gonna be a real treat if it overclocks like Titan with just 1.2v.
I don't think Nvidia will allow more than that voltage on reference boards especially if the PCB remains like that which should, in theory.
What remains to be seen is if Nvidia allows for PCB modifications, could be interesting.

I've seen people swapping the bios from the GTX780 to the GTX680 but, it would still show gk104 as the GPU. This one is showing gk110 > looks to be real ! ? !
780 is gk110 its confirmed in stone and contained 2304 shaders
