GTX960 Lightroom issue

Hi all. I'm using the following components:

Phenom II x945

ga-ma790xt-ud4p

Radeon 4770 512MB / GTX 960 Strix 2GB

RAM 4GB CL9 / 8GB CL10

Windows 7

I upgraded my graphics card from 4770 to 960 and my RAM from 4 to 8GB. The new parts work fine in most jobs (all desktop use, Photoshop, games). But I have the following problem:

When exporting a video from Lightroom and using GTX 960, the process takes a looooong time and uses up all available RAM, almost freezing my computer.

So I did some tests:

GTX 960 and 8GB RAM CL10

Premiere video export: 4 min and 10 sec

Lightroom video export: 1 hour and 10 min to reach 75% (I didn't have the patience to wait until the end)

- here Lightroom used full 8GB of RAM and 0% GPU

GTX 960 and 4GB RAM CL9

Premiere video export: 4 min and 40 sec

Lightroom video export: 50 min to reach 75%

- Lightroom used full 4GB of RAM and about 33% GPU

Radeon 4770 and 4GB RAM CL9

Premiere video export: 4 min and 45 sec

Lightroom video export: 10 min and 10 sec to complete

- Lightroom used only 2.25GB of RAM and about 40% GPU

The CPU on all tests was never 100% use, between 60-80%.

Why does Lightroom video export take so long with GTX 960 and so quick with the old 4770? Why does having GTX 960 in system force the program to use max amount of RAM?

Any ideas?
