    Alright...
I have been looking for the perfect case for me...for years. I do not remember through how many cases I have gone in the years...20 or so sounds about right.

The longest I held onto a case was for about 12 months. A Kingwin 424 in black...a beauty I tell ya. But I bought it used and so I wanted something new.

    I need:
    • Complete steel or aluminum construction or a combination thereof. No plastic front
    • No Door
    • Space for at least 3 5.25" drives
    • Space for at least 5 HDDs
    • Space for one floppy
    • 12cm fan in the rear
    • Midtower!!!
    • No upsidedown semi BTX format for ATX. My passive A8N-SLI Premium cannot handle the heat buildup

I am open for suggestions. Price shall not matter at first...please gimme specific make and model...

    cheers
    DS

    ....No Door....
    ....No Inverted BTX Format...

is it really that difficult? (to read) just messin man.

ive been looking for a roughly similer case to no avail even though i have no need for the 3.5bay as darksaber does.

the closest thing i know of is a TT Armor save the fact it is full tower and has two side flaps.

    thanx for the suggestion...

    and it has a door...

    cheers

i was refuring to your post and rodsters. yours had a door and his had semi btx.

darksarber i think ur better off having someone custom build u one. just pick a style you like and go from there. you can always mod a given case to your specs also..

lol...alright in that case, money is of importance.

What do ya guys think about this one:
    http://www.caseking.de/shop/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=29_88_473&products_id=4167

I know it is german but the pictures explain it all.

the front door for the mic/firewire... is not very sturdy. I used to have a Lian-Li PC7 case.

    cheers

Don't personally like the appearance of that one. The case I like the look of (features and appearance) is this antec.

So it is, hadn't checked out what had been posted. Well, great minds think alike!

It is a nice case though you must admit :D

Anyway, sorry for the useless post then I guess.
