so everyone might already know this but i think this is the most official info we've had on the HD 5830.
pg. 2 has more pics of other venders' version of the card. and hexus said stay tuned for an upcoming review...do they have a card? certainly seem to be expecting one soon!

Hell yeah! ROFL! Thats the next hot item, now let's hope it's pricing is good, would be great if it were sub $200. Anyways, I might wait some more to get one, I'm not so impressed with dx11 for the moment, tbh.

in the insidehw link they said it was gonna be sub $200. so if its MSRP is $199. probly be $229 or so. after all HD 5850 MSRP is $279 and its at like $299-329 or so on the egg.

DDR3 & 128 bit again , hmmm... i think i'll pass & keep my 5750 , i'll just buy another 5750 & do crossfirex

That's the Mobility 5830, thats for notebooks, the Radeon HD 5830 is something completely different

Yeah that kinda sucks! :banghead:

Retails prices aren't retail prices anymore with ati products atm! :laugh:

Don't know for you guys but $30 more is the difference between getting a card and play squat versus waiting for some time for the price to plunge whilst getting Bad Company 2 and kicking some ass! For me personally, there isn't a game out there that really warrants moving on to dx11 atm.
