Hi, I'm from Argentina and really need HELP because I do not know anythig about compatibility and requeriments (sorry by my english)
I'm trying to find a good mobo for this VGA and CPU too.
I've built one 2 years ago with mobo ASUS M2NPV-VM + AMD Athon 2.0Ghz (Core Processor 3.600+) but this VGA requires more power, doesn't it).
    I´m looking best price/efficiency, performance.
Its for my boy to play games.
    Tks for all
    Gabi

Can you please specifiy the gpu? So you are asking for a new mobo for your cpu then? Can you please fill in your specs, that would help a lot.

Ooops, I see that you've specified the gpu in the title thread! So basically you need an am2 board (based on the cpu and board you have now). Its a bit vague really but since you haven't filled in your specs and specified a budget, its a bit hard pointing you to something.

Why dont you use the mobo that you have now anyways?

    building a newone Mother?

    HI tks.:)
I was looking for a Phenom II x4 965 Black edition like CPU, but is too dificult to choose the Mother, there's a lot of posibilities and I had not much money then to buy the CPU and the HD 5770.
I need both, thr mother and the cpu for this VGA.

How much of a budget do you have? that would help us a lot. All I can advise right now is to get an am3 mobo + ddr3 mem + am3 cpu combo, check for some deals, they can be yours for cheap. All of that can be had for maybe $300.
