Im honestly thinking you got a board issue. It sounds like you've done everything right (reading though the thread). I would try another good flash with a complete CMOS reset. Much past that Im at a loss.

For bios update use the Asus Update program on the DVD installation. its easier and dont have to use usb ...just download the recent .ROM bios file.
