i personally do not like msi there quality has disappointed me in the past.
Its a mATX board so its performance and oc ability will probably be limited

MSI usually hits and misses with boards, like the 775 board I have from them which I have had for a long time overclocks like crazy and has ran fine for years but I went to upgrade to their P45 board last year from this old P35 and the board was crap, overclocked like crap, build quality was crap.

hit and miss look at the reviews and ask who has the board how it runs.

I personally would never suggest a MSI board. I've had nothing but bad luck with their boards and most people here have had similar experiences.

MSI has some good reasonably priced motherboards (e.g. P55-GD85 and 890FXA-GD70) and some cheapish lower quality ones, this particular MoBo falls under the latter category. If you want a good H55 LGA1156 mATX MoBo I recommend that you check Gigabyte's offerings, otherwise if you're after an excellent P55 LGA1156 mATX Mobo you can't go wrong with Asus Maximus III Gene.

It's a decent board if you're just going to run it stock. I wouldn't bank on it OC'ing very high or anything.
