Which would be a better option for my girlfriend's rig:

i5 2320 + GTS 450 or GTX 550 Ti

or

i3 2120 + GTX 560 Ti (used)

She'll primarily be doing graphics work, photo editing, (the whole Adobe Creative Suite, among other things) though. With just some gaming...

any of those CPU with GTX560 ti, sure better if it will be i5 2320
