I've got a router (Leviton 10/100 Mbps 4-port Internet Gateway--CAT NO. 47611-GT4) with an Infenion ADM5120P CPU (175MHz), and these unknown RAM chips: EtronTech EM636165TS-6G. I've done some searching on my own, and the best I could come up with is "1Mega x 16 Synchronous DRAM SDRAM" source. This tells me it's 16MB (megabytes), but in my pessimistic mind, I'm thinking it may be Mb (megabits), which would mean 2MB... I'm not sure which, this is the best I could find. I know when I looked up the tech specs of the RAM in my Netgear router, it said 1x16x4 megabit, which comes out to 8MB (same spec I read about the router tech specs beforehand), so this is leaving me wonder whether that "1Mega x 16" spec is megabytes or megabits...

Well, that's a bit of a disappointment... looks like I'll be going back to my DD-WRT router on my P4 box...
