HELP network is being used without any reason?

    so i have this problem where my network is being used to full extent.

    i have turned off windows updates.

    i have also lost sound. what is wrong :(

    got sound back. windows is being a bitch. i shut down and installed updates. wtf auto udate was off :(

    Probably a virus or if your network is wireless you have someone leeching your network.

    I'd backup and reformat that shit if it's a virus and if it's wireless internet I'd put a WPA2 password on it and not make it your name DOB or sexuality.

    no. its wired to the back of my pc. its seems to have stopped now after a scan with eset ? may have been a virus.
