I have tried EVERYTHING to get my XFX 5770 to idle the clocks correctly at 150/300, including:
[Updated]AMD/ATi 2D Clock Guide.
Fresh install of Windows 7 (Including all the Power options/plans)
Four different versions of Catalyst (all the way down to the 12.1)
NOTHING has worked, clocks remain at 400/1200 ALL THE TIME, except when a video is running the memory clocks goes down to 900MHz.
So the way I see it, my only option now is to tinker with RBE to "fix it". I want to do it the "safest" way possible though.
Any assistance/guidance on how to properly (without bricking it, that is) modify the PowerPlay option would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
