My problem is that when I want to install the drivers, the video card stops providing video when I turn on the PC or when I am installing, the PC restarts by itself.

You could try this BIOS, it's the only one verified for "ventus 3x oc" but if the posted one gives you such a picture, the card might just be bad.

The problem is that this version is not the LHR, I need the LHR that I cannot find among the verified ones, this one that you have given me the device id is 10DE 2486 and the device id of my board is 10DE 2489, I have also tried this 2486 which I bricked my graphics card, luckily I was able to flash it again and it was back to normal.
