Well it seems the FX-8320 isn't on the CPU support list
    http://www.asrock.com/support/CPU.asp
but if you already have the board contact customer support and ask them, they should know.

I don't have the board yet but I will buy this combo but I'm not sure on this board as in the CPU support list it doesn't have the 8320. This makes things more complicated.

    Help!

Suggest going with this Gigabyte 970 UD3 board unless you're specifically looking for the Crossfire/SLI support of a 990FX board:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128651

Much better power setup than that Asrock and at a pretty good price too!

*Note- this will be my next board if I build another FX-8350 rig :)
    rubenclavs and de.das.dude say thanks.

I wanted a 990FX chipset for my upgrade build.

How about these? Just really depends on the price and availability here in my place.

Is it compatible for 8320/8350 out of the box?

I have messaged my retailer here for those gigabyte mobos.

yes it is. as long as you get current product. if you get any old mobo no one will support out of the box.

if you buy check import date.

Thanks for a very great idea for the import date. I will print hard copies for listings on all the boards.
