I'm trying to retrieve data off of my two Seagate 320s that were on a Raid 0 setup in an Abit Kn8 ultra MB. I have tried to get them to work with an Abit I35 pro MB with no luck. I need to know if I have to get the exact same MB or North board, or South board or what to get the raid 0 setup to work. Is it the Nforce 4 that has to be the same? Guess my main question is what kind of MB do I need to buy if I want my previous Kn8 Raid 0 HDs to work again. I would like to get a cheap 939 amd board so I can use my old amd 939 chip.
The HDs will work in my other machine but it want's me to format the drives. It will not reconize the old data on the drives. here is the old specs that my HD raid 0 was on.

NV 7950 x2 GPU
