Help with gaming Tv for under $550

Hey guys!

I'm looking for a good gaming TV 37", 40" for my xbox 360 and pc around $550. I've found good deals on these two but don't know if they are worth it... Can someone recommend or give me advise?

I was eyeballing that one but would it make a big difference it it 60hz?

Got paid today and going to pull the trigger on a TV. Any other feedback or suggestions?

How about Toshiba 40RV525U 40" LCD TV? It may not have an LCD TV ratings yet but you can be sure it's of good quality because it's 1080p in resolution aside from the name of the brand.
