1GB Cards on Mem WONT OC for the most part. Requires more voltage which the 1 phase delivery system can't manage very well. You are lucky they set you that high anyway... many 1GB cards set their speed to 1800Mhz (875Mhz x 2 I think). What your see'n is just a by product of having alot more memory. ;-)

My 512MB ASUS HD4850 does 750Mhz Core and 2,400Mhz DDR (1,200Mhz x 2) just to give you an example...

Hmm :( well then i'll stick with 700/980x2 (default 665/950x2).. i bought the 1GB version cus the price was low difference 10$ and extra memory will be good for high resolutions

OFFTOPIC: I will buy a Samsung LCD 32" LN32A550 Full HD soon ... And someone told me that with this LCD i can set 1366x768 for heavy games like Crysis and use Upscaling to 1080p... is that right? should i buy DVI-HDMI cable or can i stick with HDMI with the HDMI-DVI adaptor that comes with the HD4850?

    Thanks for the help!
