Here is link from a great retailer:

Here are some examples from EBay: (Just be careful, it needs 168pins, no ECC and no double sided!) Search "pc 100 sdram micron" on EBay. Micron is what Apple used originally and is usually quality stuff. PM me if you need more help. These are all separate auctions even if they look like duplicates.

Also just FYI but there is little difference between the Server version and the regular B&W G3. I think it was all software. So anything that works on the B&W G3 will work with your machine.

$120 might have been a little steep, although it might have additional software and/or hardware to justify the price. You can usually find G3 and G4s on Craigslist for between $20-$200 depending on the model and extras.

Watch yourself with the sales of high-density SD, it won't work, and Ebay is usually flooded with it. Low density SD is what you need, and is more expensive, but if you're going to use it for something, the investment will probably be worth it, as 1GB is essentially what it needs to run smoothly.
Enjoy the B&W, I still use my dual-processor G4, with a 6200, and 1GB RAM (too expensive to get it to 2GB at the moment, considering how little I use it to its fullest), and it's a nice machine.

You could have maxed out the machine with Micron (rather than generic) for $28 (w/Free Shipping) with that first EBay link I posted. But hey, it's your money. I'm sure the one you bought will work just fine.
