Just make sure the letters match between ur router and whatever adapter ur using on ur computer. (By letters I mean wieless a/b/g/n or whatever they are nowadays)

If all your looking for is a cheap effective wireless solution, then any reputable brands system would work. Just look for a lynksis or a cisco or any well known name, and like I said before make sure it supports the correct wireless type (the letter) and you'll be good to go.

I agree with ShiBDib. If you ask what brand and model you should get you will get 100 different opinions. I would just read reviews and buy from a place that has a good return policy in case you don't like it or it is a piece of crap.

I personally use Billion modems, they work a treat, and are one of the biggest modem manufactures and know one knows this.

You've just switched the i and the y there. :p

Just figure out first what letter your adapter has before we can be more specific. In my case I have a Wireless-B Linksys router, which is quite old already.

It's flashed with custom firmware meaning if it dies u wont get any support from linksys. But besides that, as long as it matches ur adapter it looks solid.
