Does anyone know a software that can create lines of symmetry? Like I draw one side of the shape then it helps me create the other side. Any help would be appreciated.

Why can't you just complete the image? If you're drawing half, just draw the mirrored image on the other side of the line. I can't really think of much use for a program like the one you want.

If you were engineering something complex I would say AutoCad. What is your goal exactly?

Yeah, graph paper can do the same job, might take a little more work though.
