Hosting subversion server

    Hi in need some help setting up an SVN server
    im using VisualSVN server standard Edition
    i know how to make new Repositories & svn sheckouts
    issue is when i try to svn sheckout a folder to my server
    URL adress: https://svn-bpserver/svn/Biohazard_project/
    username: test
    password: test
    i get this report

    Checkout from https://svn-bpserver/svn/Biohazard_project, revision HEAD, Fully recursive, Externals included
    Unable to connect to a repository at URL
    'https://svn-bpserver/svn/Biohazard_project'
    OPTIONS of 'https://svn-bpserver/svn/Biohazard_project': could not connect to
    server (https://svn-bpserver)


    I tryd to use port "443" and "8443"
    might my firewall be blocking me? or do i need to forward my port or something??
    im using Eset smart security 5
    or might there be something with Server certificate?

    Systemspecs
    2x E5520 Xeons
    24gb ram 1066mhz ddr3
    hd5970 gpu
    evga sr-2 mainboard
    WIndows 7 ultimate 64bit

    anny one knows if windows 7 got Certreq.exe ?
