how do i flash my bios?

how do i flash my bios?....it comes with a exe....do i click on that and how do i do it from a floppy thnx :)

Most of the time, you just download the exe and it creates a boot disk and you boot from the floppy then it does the rest for you. MSI should have a readme for your board telling you how to do it.
