how much can this overclock?

ok i am going to get this board:
ASRock 939-Dual-SATA2, AGP-8X + PCI-E-16X, 8USB, 4DDR, 10/100 Lan 7.1 Audio)

and this processor:AMD - Athlon-64 2.0Ghz, S-939 32/64 Bit, 512K, (3200+), Retail Box (ADA3200BPBOX) REV-E, VENICE

my psu at the 12v rail is 16a and its a p4 400w psu

what is the best overclock I could get with these things on amd stock fan?

at least 2.1 GHz(10x210) , if your ram has good timings, you could get higher.

well dont be certian but thats the highest probubility. let us know what ya get. just dont use the stock heatsink unless you want a $200 paperweight.

Are the default voltages (processors usually 1.5V)
Increasing the voltage means more stabile overclock but risk of damaging whatever is over-voltaged.
