My Tactic3D Rage headset was 40 euros, dunno how much that is in dollars... Very good headset for that price, real price was 60eur, but discounts for specific Finnish hardware site users.

MS1i's with bowl pads hovered around $150. They were my largest headphone purchase. Bought the HD 668B for about $60 and was quite amazed that they sounded more detailed and analytical then the MS1i's so I sold the i's to my buddy for $40. :)

I spent around $150 dollars on my Sennheiser PC350s and they are hands down the best gaming headset I've ever owned. I've had them for several years and expect to have them for quite a while longer, Sennheiser are normally very durable (I've owned multiple pairs for over 5 years).
