    RADEON X1300 Specifications

    RADEON X1300 - 450MHz Core
    512MB/256MB/128MB of DDR2/DDR1 - 500 MHz Memory (slooooow)
128-bit or 64-bit memory interface (slooooow)
    4 Pixel Pipelines (VERY sloooow)

    and then the 7800GTX:
430Mhz GPU, Manufacturing Process 0.11 (way way way way faster than the x1300)
24 Pixel Pipelines, 256-bit Memory Interface (way way way way faster too....)
512/256 MB DDR3, Memory Clockspeed 1200Mhz (way way, you get the idea)

so basically the x1300 is a very cheap card that can play some new games at low settings, and the 7800GTX can play everything now and for the next season or three.

    so, are you a gamer?
