It's not GTX 590x2, it's just GTX 590. x2 is the moniker ATi/AMD uses.

Care to say that again 35 idle 45max load using .963 volts. Max volts for a gtx 590 is 1.05. So there is no reason to troll if you don't even know the max volts are or even how the card works/ designed. technically the cards can do up to 1.63 raging Cain from the Overclock.net forums did and he reached 840 core. This voltage should only be used for benching and have a really good after market cooling solution. I personally have a rx480 rad just cooling my two gtx590s and a rx480 cooling my CPU and chipset.

Also some evga 590 owners experience blue screens cause NVIDIA locked down the voltage with in the driver to fix this problem they had to bios flash there cards

The cards were more than likely Asus that the vrms blew up.why cause there bios allowed you to raise the voltage to 1.2 volts vs evga 1.05
