Hello!
I would like to ask, how to identify 12V rails in PSU? I mean, which rail delivers power to CPU, GPU, HDD, MB etc.
My PSU: Chieftec APS-450S - 2 rails - 18A each.
I read, that most common solution in dual rail PSU is: First rail: CPU, second rail: all the rest parts like GPU, HDD etc.
In my PSU I see, that CPU ATX 4 pin connector has green stripe on yellow cable. All other are just yellow, black, red etc without stripes.
Does it mean that one rail is for CPU only, and one rail is for the rest of PC?
Thanks in advance.
Greetings.
