how to overclock CPU with ntunes?

my DELL only support overclocking with ntunes. what are the steps to over clock the CPU?
i have the E6600 2.4 GHZ.
do i just raise the FSB up a lil by lil? and what is SPP and MCP. do i need to raise those up?(the defult is 2500 MHZ)
